Intuitive User Interface:
=========================
1. Tree View [Screenshot 1]
Tree View is a hierarchical structure to represent the details of a particular case, the user can have a clear idea regarding document types and its count. There is a flexibility to manage the tree hierarchy as required.
For example, considering a legal case identity:
This tree view in this case will have the following hierarchy:
Case ID-> Case Type-> Document Type
When user clicks "Case ID", Summary of Case giving information of CaseNo., Case Type, Date, Client Name, Patient Name, Comments, CaseID, Docket Number, Current Status, Final Status, Claim Amount, Balance is displayed.
When user clicks Case type, Summary of case type giving information of Case type and count is shown there.
2. Virtual Pdf Printer with "Print with Stack" option: [screenshot 2 to include print with stack option also]
This is a virtual printer which generates high quality 'TIFF'(image file format) with high printing resolution and a lower file size of any digital file like .doc, .xls, etc.
The "Print with stack" allows you to select the entire stack and print to pdf along with details of the folder hierarchy.
Once printed, user has the option to open/save the PDF. If all the documents in a particular document type/case are printed to PDF then document information is given on the first page and at the end of each document type in the printed PDF.
3. Move/Copy
Move and Copy image are powerful functionalities of the application, which enables user to move/copy scanned images. User has option to move/copy the image from one document type to another within the case or different case. User can also copy image(s) to multiple document types and multiple cases as well.
4. Search
Search over here is a standard image search. But a result highlighting multiple images can be bandwidth consuming, hence an option to search through the text link or thumbnail view is available and these search results can also be saved using "save view" feature.
5. Advance Search
Advance search is more simplified search criteria for users to search within that particular Case ID. User can search desired results by either of the criterias; Search Text, Search Date, Search Scan Terminal, Document types.
6. Save View

User has the provision to save the view of the selected link(s)/thumbnail(s) that generally appear as search results and can access saved view by clicking the name in which saved and get the saved view again.
==document storage hierarchy====Case ID -> Case Type -> Doc Type hierarchy
8. Stack
Stack is meant for grouping images from document types. Benefits of creating stack is user can print those stacked images together to PDF.
A document can be even detached from stack if not required to be part of the stack.
9. Log of Events
There are various events in handling image(s) such as Move, copy, create stack, detach from stack, save a view. Log of all these events is maintained within case type, Stack and Save search level.
